Refund policy

Because our products are food and made fresh, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on chocolates, baked goods, or other perishable items.

Order issues (wrong item, missing item, quality issue, or damage)
If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with your order number and a photo (when applicable). After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and item availability.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase (or before production begins). After that, we may not be able to cancel because your items may already be in preparation.
