Her love for baking and a desire to share her delectable creations with friends and family were the driving forces behind her culinary dreams. In 2002, her vision took shape when she introduced her delectable treats at the Austin Farmer's Market, captivating the taste buds of local sweet-toothed connoisseurs. It was at that moment when Edis Chocolates was born.

Driven by her passion and commitment to quality, Edis took the leap from market stalls to establishing her own brick-and-mortar store in the charming neighborhood of Northwest Hills. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Nutritional Sciences and a Master's in Integrative and Holistic Nutrition from INN, Livia is not just any right hand but an integral part of the family business. She brings her expertise and innovative ideas to the world of chocolate, infusing a health-conscious perspective into their creations.
